A transformative interior design and project management approach by Rebecca Logan Design unlocked the full potential of this double-storey sea view home. The team reclad the entire house and stripped it back both externally and internally to start fresh. From the beginning, we carefully selected exterior finishes that could withstand the coastal environment while maintaining a refined, timeless appeal. We introduced new aluminium joinery, weatherboards, fascias, soffits, a garage door, and a new roof to give the home a completely updated exterior.

To create a seamless flow between inside and out, we chose exterior colours in tandem with the interior palette. The result is a relaxed, easy-breezy coastal feel, with soft neutrals, whites, and oak finishes paired with rich blue and green accents for visual depth and character.

Inside, we reimagined the layout to better suit contemporary family living. Through thoughtful spatial planning, custom cabinetry, curated materials, and a layered lighting plan, each room now feels connected and purposeful. We completely redesigned the kitchen and bathrooms, selecting finishes that balance function with style. Finally, our styling and furnishing choices brought in warmth, texture, and personality—completing a home that feels both calm and coastal. Every detail reflects its stunning beachfront location through cohesive and intentional design.
